There isn't one single designer for all bell hooks' book covers, as different editions and publishers used various artists; however, contemporary designers like Casira Copes, Lola Nankin, and Ashton have created popular fan redesigns or worked on modern editions, while original covers (like forAin't I a Woman?) were handled by publishers like South End Press, with specific artist names often buried in publisher credits or hard to find for older works. 

• Lola Nankin: Created a redesign for All About Love for a personal project.

• Ashton: Specializes in self-published covers and redesigned All About Love.
